Relationship with Anti-Social Forces

Members warrant that they, their executives, and employees do not belong to violent groups, organized crime-related enterprises, organizations, public officials, or other anti-social forces (collectively referred to as "Anti-Social Forces").

Order Confirmation and Approval

Your order will be considered an offer to purchase products under these conditions. SubaiShop may, at its discretion, process the order and ship the products, or reject the order in whole or in part.

Quantity Limitations

SubaiShop reserves the right to limit or cancel order quantities, change promotional offerings, etc., due to supply issues or other reasons.

VAT and Other Taxes

According to the customs laws of the destination country, shipping costs, VAT, port handling fees, and other duties may be charged. Product prices do not include taxes.

Return, Exchange, and Restocking Policy

Returns and exchanges are only processed when caused by SubaiShop errors such as incorrect model, quantity discrepancies, incorrect shipments, or poor quality. Due to the nature of clothing products, returns for personal reasons (such as wrong size, dislike of color, etc.) are not accepted.

The following conditions must be met for exchanges or returns:

• Confirmed quantity shortages, incorrect shipments, appearance defects (damage, stains, etc.)
• Shipping damage/quantity shortages/incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product
• Appearance defects must be reported within 30 days
• Products must be unused, with tags intact, and preserved in original packaging

Product Warranty

All products are sold on an "as-is available" basis. SubaiShop and its affiliates make no express or implied warranties regarding the product, including the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the product.

Limitation of Liability

SubaiShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the products. Liability related to products shall not exceed the purchase amount of the products.

SubaiShop may revise the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, with the latest version always available for reference. Continued use of the website by users indicates acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Chinese courts for resolution.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
